Creative Feedback from Another Dimension

When I was Creative Director at a small agency in Manchester called Freerange, working with my business partner Mr. Basson, we presented some concepts to a client. Their response? “Of the two ideas, I like the one in the middle.” It made me realise that in the world of creative feedback, even the laws of physics don’t apply (or are they perhaps optional?). Somewhere, a third concept must have emerged from a parallel universe – likely powered by a unique blend of indecision, creative mystery and perhaps too much coffee!

But, those moments always make for the best agency stories, right? Has anyone else had any surreal feedback gems they’d like to share?
